Psychological assessments have been a key part of executive level transition programs since the services were first offered in the 1970’s. When used properly, assessments can be both informative and supportive. Data gleaned from the assessment process can help clarify aspects of the transition process and decisions regarding life options.
Proper use of assessment tools requires three separate considerations.
What types of assessment
tools to use
Which specific assessment
tools are chosen
The level of expertise
to interpret the results
CSuite Options® provides
the highest quality assessment process available. Virtually
all transition offerings depend on one or more of four
types of measures:
Ability
Personality
Work interests
Motivations
Our approach is different in that we encourage you to consider the value of each of the four types of measurements and, in conjunction with our master coach, select the types of assessments that will be most helpful. In every case, the specific assessment tools will then be selected by the coach based on their knowledge of your situation and experience.
The most important aspect of this assessment process is the interpretation of the results. Our assessors are industrial organizational psychologists who have been selected based on their practical work experience in corporate environments. They are experienced in identifying and interpreting the type of information that will be most helpful during your transition process.
Finally, two additional aspects of our assessment process are:
Within 60 days of completing
the assessments, you have the option to review
the assessment results again as a way of interpreting
your career transition to date.
These meetings can also be
scheduled prior to final interviews to be
customized to specific opportunities
Assessments are tools. The real value is in the quality of the feedback.
We are different. We are authentic. We are accountable.
